My Collection of Movies

Movies are a sort of entertainment that makes me feel good, keep my thoughts away and make me think. My concept of a good movie is the one that makes me ponder. It's always the mood that I am in which influence the genre of the movie that I watch. The movies are randomly listed not based on any particular order.

The movie revolves around Walter Mitty, who works as the neggative asset manager for a magazine. It's about the extraordinary adventure of a common man. It makes us think about our fears and the possibility that anything is possible. These are two beautiful quotes from the movie "Beautiful things don't ask for attention"  by Sean O'Connel and "To see the world, things dangerous to come to, to see behind walls, draw closer, to find each other, and to feel. That is the purpose of life." by Walter Mitty.

I had to watch the movie twice, at different stages to understand the whole concept. It just seemed so confusing initially. When I watched it for the second time thats when I realised it can actually be interpreted the way you want. The movie deals with dream sharing technology where they implement ideas into peoples mind using their subconscious. It's like you have a dream, in the dream you have an other dream and in that dream - you are in an other dream, where it gets so difficult to predict whether you are actually dreaming or living. The way the movie was scripted and handled was brilliant.

The movie was about a girl named Veda and her friend Thomas, the girl's father is a funeral director and their house being the funeral house she gets obsessed with the idea of death. The innocent friendship between Veda and Thomas has been depicted so well that you cant help breaking down when the movie ends.
